Monday: Amy's Minestrone from The 400 Calorie Fix

Tuesday: Spaghetti

Wednesday: Ham and Vegetable Stew from The 400 Calorie Fix

Thursday: MaryLu's Cheesy Tomato Soup

Friday: Hamburgers and Chips

Saturday: Chicken, mashed potatoes and corn

Sunday: leftovers or french toast

**Half of my family is sick with what I think is influenza.  We ended up having scrambled eggs tonight so the minestrone will be another time.  Maybe tomorrow.
